Website and inquiry terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries and saved preferences you send through it. The website is operated by Guangdong Ecocampor Vehicle Co., Ltd. for the SEAVIA Boats range.
Reference information
Model names identify the SEAVIA range. Dimensions, capacities, engine guidance and equipment shown on these pages are reference information with measurement notes where available; they are not certified ratings. Images can show equipment, colors or layouts that differ from a final configuration. We correct errors when we find them and welcome being told about them.
Inquiries, preferences and quotations
Sending an inquiry or saving preferences does not create a sale, reserve a boat, or confirm a price, delivery date or specification. Any offer is made only in a written quotation, and a sale only under a signed purchase agreement. We may decline an inquiry or direct it to a regional partner. Saved preferences expire after 30 days and may need to be reviewed if a model specification changes.
Availability and regulations
Supply depends on the destination: certification, import rules, engine compatibility, transport and local registration requirements are confirmed for the actual boat and destination before an agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, the buyer is responsible for registration, licensing and safe operation where the boat is used.

Please give accurate contact details and do not submit automated, duplicate or misleading inquiries, attempt to interfere with the service, or include payment details or identity documents in a message. We may limit or block access that breaches these terms.
Intellectual property
The SEAVIA Boats name, page texts and images are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may view and print pages for your own research; copying, scraping or reusing content for other purposes requires written permission.
Liability

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, we accept no liability for decisions based on reference information on these pages or for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Written agreements and applicable law
The quotation and purchase agreement identify the seller, buyer, specifications, currency, payment terms, delivery responsibilities, warranty, governing law and dispute forum for a sale. Where these terms and a signed agreement differ, the agreement prevails for that sale.
